Yolanda Goodvoice
Yolanda GoodVoice is a member of the Apsaalooke Nation (Crow Tribe) in Montana, USA. She is the Daughter of the late Nathan OldDwarf and Julie Kreitzberg. The oldest and only daughter, she was born and raised on the Crow reservation with her twin brothers and a number of cousins and relatives. She was raised traditionally, practicing her culture, from dancing, to sundance, to the Native American church. From a young age Yolanda was artistic, poetic, and desired to pursue acting and modeling. However the opportunities were too few, and eventually her life and educational goals took precedence. Yolanda Graduated from Plenty Coups High School as the valedictorian to the graduating class of 1999. She went on to graduate from her local tribal collage Little Big Horn college, then the University of Montana while raising a son and daughter. Earning herself an associate and bachelor's degrees in Business Administration within four years. She met and married her husband Teague GoodVoice early on in her education, he raised her son and daughter as his own. They eventually welcomed two sons over the course of their relationship. Yolanda earned her Master's of Business Administration from the University of Montana in 2011, while employed full-time for the Crow Tribe Executive Branch. Always a serial entrepreneur, she also earned a certificate in entrepreneurship to assist her fellow tribal entrepreneurs. Yolanda launched her business Sweet Sage Woman, LLC in 2018 a year after her youngest son Natu'Okomii was born. In her business she sells contemporary clothing with authentic Apsaalooke (Crow Tribal) designs that she designed. Her goal is always for her clothing to help people feel empowered, confident, centered, fearless and self-loving. Yolanda's first acting role was as Mary in the film "Slant Streets", and was cast as "Night Shoot" in the movie "Blood of My tears" and as "Blue Bird's Aunt" in "Mystery at Sweat house Creek" both through Selway studios. She is also a production manager, Associate producer, and associate director for Selway studios based in Hamilton, MT.
