Zdenek David was born on July 12, 1955 in Trutnov, Czechoslovakia [now Czech Republic]. He was an actor, known for Les Misérables (1998), Cas sluhu (1989) and Láska z pasáze (1985). He died on March 16, 2009 in Prague, Czech Republic.
