Zephani Idoko
Zephani Idoko was born to Nigerian parents John and Deborah Idoko, on March 17 1994. She trained and earned her BFA degree (with honors) in Acting for Stage and Screen in San Francisco, at the Academy of Art, and began her professional career while studying.
Shortly after her graduation and subsequent move to New York, she was cast in the starring role of Abena in the Horror feature, The Unsettling. Which follows a West African couple's vacation to LA and the problems that have followed them, which seem to be amplified by the house they've rented. The film screened at international festivals in Australia, the UK and New York in 2021 and 2022 is pending a general release.
Zephani's other work includes her supporting role in the Sundance 2022 Grand Jury Prize winner- Blumhouse/Amazon Studios' critically acclaimed horror film, Nanny. She also plays Stephanie on the 2nd and 3rd seasons of the Starz series, Power Book II: Ghost, and Ashley on season 2 of HBO Max's Gossip Girl.
Zephani resides in New York City. Working and splitting her time between there and LA when necessary.
