Noemia Oliveira was born into a family of artists, which has always nurtured and encouraged her passion for art. The interest of the actress and producer from Rio de Janeiro for acting came very early and already at school she started doing theater. Graduated in scenic arts and in pedagogy, she was also a theater teacher at the beginning of her career. She debuted in cinema in 2014 with the short film "Me, Mom and Wallace" and was awarded as best supporting actress at the 51st Brasília Festival of Brazilian Cinema. She was also part of the cast of feature films: "An almost perfect uncle 2" (2020) and "Dr. Gama" (2021).
