Volkan Keskin was born on August 16, 1983 in Samsun. Due to to his police(superintendent) father's job, he lived in many cities in Turkey, including Samsun, Hatay, Elazig, Kirsehir and Istanbul. He graduated from 19 Mayis University Electronics Department in Samsun. He also studied Business Administration in Anadolu University and received his second bachelor's degree diploma. Keskin was interested in theater during his student years, so he decided to study acting and completed his master's degree on Theatre and Television Acting at Halic University. Meanwhile, he attracted the attention of a London-based agency and signed a contract with them. That was a start of his modeling career in 2005. He took part in numerous fashion shows and season catalogs. Then he stepped into the television world with a leading role in the television series "Daglar Delisi" in 2007. In 2015, he played in the movie "Yarinin Adi Baska" which was the first co-production movie between Turkey and Iran.
