Adam Stephenson
Adam Stephenson is an American actor and screenwriter best known for recurring roles in the TV Series Mr. Mercedes and The Purge. He has also appeared in episodes of Atlanta and the popular Netflix series Thirteen Reasons Why. His film credits include Geostorm, Evan's Crime, and Huevos Rancheros for which Adam received a Best Actor Nomination at the Windy City Film Festival. His other festival appearance includes the Toronto Independent Film Fest premiere of director Zack Parker's Proxy.
Born in Baytown, Texas and raised in the suburbs of Houston and New Orleans, Adam never lived anywhere for more than 4 years before reaching college. While searching for a job as a Teacher fresh out of college, he started working as a background actor and interned briefly at a talent agency in Chicago. He then jumped straight into auditioning and started training along the way. Adam is a graduate of The Second City Conservatory as of 2012. He has also studied Sanford Meisner's work through Black Box Studio in Chicago and the William Esper Studio in New York City.
Adam has been married to Brittany Harville Stephenson since 2007. They have 2 dogs, Penny & Zoe. He is an avid reader and reads an average of 80 books a year.
